The lobby was nice and seemed recently updated. The carpet throughout the hotel was worn and stained. Visible ceiling and wall cracking. The ceiling was falling around the ice machine and desperately needed attention.

Had so much trouble getting into the room. Had to swipe the key multiple times before it would unlock. Also hallways and rooms reeked of stale cigarette smoke.

The fire alarm was chirping for two days straight and they said they couldn’t take care of it until the maintenance man came in on Monday. We had two rooms and one of the showers didn’t work. There were stains on the carpets, mold in the bathroom, and the closet door was missing in one of the rooms.

When the weather is extremely cold, I would suggest warming up the customer’s room before they use it, and most people when they travel they need an iron for their clothes, I would suggest you guys start putting this in the rooms, on the websites it says that you guys have a bar and a lounge but you guys don’t have it it’s still being built, on the website the gym looks extremely big but it’s very small with like 6 gym equipments, other than that great customer service and great room service, the rooms are pretty clean. I would definitely stay here again.
