Great home, roomy with nice back patio. Only issue was the water didnt get haot, luke warm so the shower was bearable.If the water was hot it would have gotten 5 stars.Great proximity to COTA, we could hear the cars in the distance from the house when outside.

We stayed during the week of Christmas and were overall pleased with the home. Sits right outside the city but a short 20 min drive to most things. It is very spacious inside and out. Plenty of large towels for all guests along with plenty of pots/pans in the kitchen. I took away one star because the yard needed to be maintenanced (overgrown) and I wasn’t aware the home is for lease (sign in the yard). Host was responsive when messaged and check-in/check-out was very easy.

We had plenty of room for our family. The house was clean and plenty of linens provided. The Host was responsive and courteous. The only reason we could not give 5 stars was because of the neighborhood. When we arrive the house next to us had a yard full of trash, as if they just threw everything out of their house and put it on the lawn. We were scared to leave our cars unattended, and scared of who was living there. I don't know if this property is in the city limits or county jurisdiction, but someone needs to call it in, because it is not
