All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.
-Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has private, ensuite large bathroom. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. 2nd bathroom located by kitchen across from 2nd bedroom.

After three guests, the rent increases by $38.89 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. The property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.**
