Not what we expected at all

The room layout was like a motorhome. I think my shower in my motorhome is bigger. We had to crawl over each other on the bed. No iron in room. No sheets on bed just comforter. The two separate girls who made our espresso in the morning here both rude. Both times had to ask for sugar than stir stick. Not sure what whey that we were to do with just sugar. The night crew was much nicer and approachable. I believe Tia was her name absolute sweetheart.

This was my first time and I absolutely LOVED this hotel. I loved the uniqueness of my room and how personal it was. The only complaint I had would be about the towels. I did find some hair and they didn't smell completely clean. Like maybe just old. But other than that, I will definitely be back again and would recommend this hotel to others.

The worst stay of my life

Everything is self serve, checking in and checking out. Our room was so damn small, imagine a New York room with no walking space. Between the bathroom door and the walkway there was no space. The AC was broken and we had called to get it fixed and they said “they were working on it” but never fixed it which made us believe that they just don’t allow you to switch the temperature in the room. Extremely hot. The other downside of this place was the parking; we spent $200 just to park. They charged you per 10 hours and you couldn’t leave the parking garage. So when we wanted to go outside of Austin and came back we had to pay $40 and then we paid $80 to keep it overnight. The hotel was cool but not worth your money, save it and go to Aloft. Which is right on 7th street. I wish we were told all this. Also not to mention we wanted to cancel our stay due to emergency and they said they would charge us the full amount of the hotel room. So beware of this entire hotel.

The worse hotel I staying in , the room is so small that you can’t move , I don’t know how I pay 700 for the nite , never hit my room clean , no coffee or water in room
