I was very upset- due to a change in my schedule, i arrived @ the hotel in the early morning for my reservation the night before. Before i traveled, i called Marriott & told them i wouldn't be there until the next morning. The Marriott rep assured me it would be fine. When i got there my reservation had been canceled because I had not checked in the night before. I had to pay the current nightly rate which was significantly more $$. NOT a good experience - especially since I called customer service 2 days before.
I booked for the weekend but missed the check-in until the next morning due to a flight delay. I called the hotel
and advised them that I would be delayed. When I got to Dripping Springs, they canceled my original reservation and then tried to charge me DOUBLE the original room night! NO BUENO đ
El precio de los cuartos son muy altos, la cama que me toco fue extremadamente suave y me hundia por lo que no fue comoda, de hecho tengo dolor de espalda. Busque que me cambiaran de cuarto pero no se pudo, nno creo volver a quedarme en el hotel por el precio y las camas, lo demas esta bien.
