I’m not sure how this hotel has a 4-star rating! The overall cleanliness of the rooms is really poor—dusty surfaces, loose items, and cracks all over the room. Given that I booked a premium room, our experience didn’t reflect that premium level. Also, it’s very noisy due to its proximity to the highway

AC sucks

The property is very pretty. And the room appears clean. The AC didn't work properly and would only turn on for 1 min then turn off with a loud bang, only to turn back on 2 mins later. So all night it was on AC...bang...off AC. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well at all. Then had a 5 hrs drive the next day. .I did notify the front desk but nothing came of it. Also the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. Cookies were good though.

Could’ve been a better stay had management done

Stay was subpar. Double beds were hard we had back pain first night. Sofa bed was very old mattress was even worse. Reached out to management they sent another mattress was also old. For the money that they charge a night we should not have to pay for parking each night and the property needs to renovate and add new beds and new sofa beds that are comfortable for patrons. Hot tub was broken. Garage leading into hotel old and sketchy. Asked to be refunded for at least one night because of all these issues and they refused. They did comp one breakfast however, but it wasn’t enough to make the situation right they never offered to move us into another room overall the experience was OK, but we will not be back. They could’ve done more to accommodate us and they didn’t.
