Stay itself was fine and as expected. The property itself, being a hotel, was up to standards for a 3-4 start hotel. However, the booking process was a complete fraud that neither the hotel, VRBO or host could resolve. Essentially I was charged close to 200 above what I booked with VRBO and have a receipt for. Neither the hotel or VRBO could solve the issue and correct the charge. VRBO has zero customer support available and only passes issue to the host. No person to actually speak too. Hotel claimed that the problem was on the VRBO side. Fortunately, I used my AMEX card and they took care of this for me. (Note - they know the true meaning of customer service. especially as it relates to travel)
