It took me 30 minutes to wait for the hot water to take a shower. And at the mini fridge was a half bother of water. Housekeeping didnât check it and left before I got there.
Booked and paid through Expedia; when I checked in I confirmed all was paid⊠a day later they charged me for the room. So Iâve now double paid for the room. Hotel staff sent me emails from a gmail account and said I can only reach their manager by email⊠another gmail account. Not standard for Marriott quality at all!!
Thereâs tons of legit hotels in the area. Avoid this one.
In addition to payment issues (which luckily my credit card company is taking care of) this place is not new. It was a poorly done renovation. The AC is super loud and smells. Bathrooms are dingy and dirty. Floors in room were sticky and grimy.
Avoid the dirt and scam that this place is!
