Expedia and Holiday Inn Express Sunset Valley in Austin, Tx are HORRIBLE! Dont use either one! I booked a room on August 15th for August 21st, Expdeia website said fully refundable if canceled before August 19th, i called on the 18th to cancel due to change of plans, Expedia website said it was a non-refundable room! I called Holiday Inn, they said it was an Expedia problem, I called Expedia, they said it was a Holiday Inn problem. We went back and forth for over an hour, I ended up losing my money and patience! I will NEVERRRRR USE EITHER WEBSITE OR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!
