Has a 70 inch TV, 42 inch TV and 40 inch TV with internet connection. Hase Internet and coffee pot, Keurig Washer, Dryer and Iron Box, hair dryer. Access to the private pool is complimentary.
Spacious, safe (Please note that there is no life guard at the swimming pool . Jacuzzi is not functional and both the pool and Jacuzzi are does not have hot water.).
This is a clam and peaceful neighborhood and we expect the guests to maintain the serenity. We are requesting to keep the total number of people including all guests to 10 or less number of people. No additional charge for the first 4 guests in the reservation.

Super nice owner and equally as nice of a place to stay

Comfortably sleeps 10 people and has a beautiful backyard. The owner and manager were easy to get ahold of and were incredibly nice and eager to help. Very clean upon arrival.
