To say our stay was disappointing is an understatement. The home itself was beautiful, but upon further look it was incredibly dirty, misleading and overall not worth the money. The amenities listed were not accurately depicted, considering the title of the property talks about a heated pool, yet you have to pay $200 a day to actually heat the pool. We spent 2 hours cleaning the pool and also had to sweep the entire outdoor area due to broken glass that was left from the previous guests. We also were greeted with some very unwanted visitors, a neighborhood rooster in the backyard/pool area and a cockroach in the master bedroom. After cleaning all morning, we finally decided to enjoy the pool, but it was cut short because of a noise complaint from neighbors, even though our volume was not any louder than the party at the house next to us. We were sent a very rude message about the noise and were threatened to cancel our reservation, one that we paid way more than we should have for what we got. We were also asked for our ages, which is incredibly inappropriate as paying customers. If you are going to have a home that sleeps 14 people with a pool, hot tub, outdoor games and multiple outdoor sitting areas, itâs probably best that your neighbors donât mind group noise. We unfortunately were not able to use the outdoor amenities for the rest of the weekend in fear that we would be told our reservation was terminated and we would be stranded. The location of the home was not ideal for travel in and out of Austin, and at times there were not any rideshare cars available for pickup. All in all, I would go out of my way to NOT recommend this home to anyone who is trying to have any sort of fun, you are much better off taking your hard earned money and spending on a nicer, more accommodating home.
