This property is officially rated as a 2-star hotel, but it truly exceeds expectations within its category. The rooms are exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully updated with recent renovations that give a modern and well-maintained feel. Each suite includes a full-size refrigerator and microwave, which adds great convenience for extended stays or guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. Parking is located close to the building and easily accessible. While there are no public ice machines on-site, the in-room freezers do make ice, which is a practical touch. There is no breakfast service at this location, but the friendly and accommodating staff make the stay pleasant and efficient. Overall, this is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay in South Austin. The property needs a lot of work. The pictures doesn't look nothing like the actual room. Also the check in area smelled so bad like wet dogs. We arrived late and we wanted to rest but around 5:30 or 6 in the morning the receptionist was having a full on conversation she was so loud. I would never stay there again. The A/C in the room didn't work. The dishwasher had duty dishes. Thank God we only stay there for one night. I do not recommend this property.
