Every staff member treated me like a friend, with a smile and care. The place was immaculate, bed comfy, and the amenities thoughtful. I appreciated the airport transportation, especially when my flight arrived close to midnight.

It’s a small hotel which means less people less traffic, less noise and you can get more attention and assistance as needed. You ask for linens and towels and is being given to you in no time . Staff are kind and respectful from the receptionists,Karl , Timothy, Chevi, Shyla, Malou who takes care also of the breakfast counter and other Filipino receptionists that I was not able to get their names.Shuttle Bus drivers Blanche, who gave us the idea on what to do with our rental car, which made our life easier and we benefited from your shuttle to take us to the airport on our departure. Hector treated us well , too . Housekeeping staff were also nice specially, Reyna. The hotel was also very close to the airport. We were able to use the gym, and the water refill fountain was helpful, 24 hour coffee, hot water and microwave were also of big help . The only thing, I did not like were the buckets for the ice are being reused (they were all wet )My brother and I played the billiard 😊Our stay there was short but just enough to enjoy the place . Thank you for accommodating us.

For a Hilton place, Tru is at the budget end of their hotel properties. The rooms were clean but very sparsely furnished. Not even a table to sit at with someone and play cards. The bed was comfortable. The roll-in shower didn't make much sense as the water just goes everywhere outside the actual shower floor area. No counter space anywhere. The breakfast was awful except for the oatmeal and they have one of those pancakes making machines that made gooey pancakes. The staff was very nice and gave me n my friend all the towels we needed which were many due to the excess water when showering. There is also no pool. One bright spot is on Wednesday they have a happy hour social down in the eating area with free beer, margaritas, and fruit and snacks like mini tacos. But I won't stay here again for one big reason: the water pressure in the shower is non-existent. For someone with very thick hair that was no good and it took a long time to get hot
