I was originally suppose to stay form Friday to the following Saturday. I had intended extending my stay (for work purposes) long term, paying per week. On Thursday of that week, I requested to extend my stay. I was quoted almost double what my original rate was. The front desk clerk told me that didn't look right to her and to come back tomorrow. So Friday morning, I went back and same thing happened. Friday night after being at work for 15 hours, same thing... I was told to come back in the morning. I explained that I had to work 15 hours that day so I really need it taken care of first thing in the morning. Friday night around 11:45 pm, my hotel phone started ringing and woke me up. The lady from the front desk was very rude and demanded that I leave the room immediately or pay almost double what I paid at check out. She then made me come down to the front desk to prove to her that my reservation was until Saturday at noon. She stated that she had no record of me paying so then I had to prove to her the payment cleared my bank. After all that she then still tried to charge me almost $100 to go back to my room for the night. She said in their system I was suppose to check out on Friday.
