House met our needs to stay and do the bar crawl but we unfortunately many of the bars are not open during the week now. We were able to get it done but this is definitely the off season now. Place was nice and met our needs for the two nights.
My wife and I used an our basecamp for visiting wineries in the area - very nostalgic accommodations in a fantastic location. We will definitely stay again.
We only were to sleep for the most part, we did a Charter fishing trip ....... place looks more updated on the pics on here than in person. Needs some TLC IMO.
Owner very responsive which helped but hard to utilize fire pit when no way to light it. That was a bit frustrating but we made it work. Somehow the roons seemed smaller than the pictures slowed and even though there were 3 of us, I can't imagine 5 people staying here especially with only 1 bathroom. Would have helped if there were more racks in the bathroom for hanging towels. The proximity to the "main drag" was good.
Everything was great. The only thing I suggest the AC in the living room and the AC in the bedroom they donât blow that cold so I would recommend looking into them maybe changing them out other than that it was great. I had a great time at Geneva on the lake went to the lake a couple times. Enjoyed the food on the strip my son really enjoyed riding on the golf cart.
We will definitely be back! I took my mom and my son and his friend. The house was very spacious. We didnât feel cramped at all. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax.
We didnât know people would be staying upstairs and they had kids and were very noisy. We were there for a quiet stay for our wedding anniversary. I think you should tell guests up front so they have a choice to stay there or somewhere else.
Our son was at a tournament at Spire Academy. It was nice to be able to enjoy a little mini vacation while there. House is right on the main street so walking distance to everything
