It's a decent hotel for the price given the Island is so expensive. The hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants but if you don't want to walk, the hotel shuttle runs to and from the ferry and stop by downtown from 7 am to 10 pm. The Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit old and room is small but with nice view to the gardens.

This location has more space and I think has to be more relaxing than hotels right in Avalon. Continuous shuttle if you don’t want to walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Restaurant is separate entity from hotel and disappointing. Doesn’t open for breakfast until 8, and first morning the chef hadn’t showed up. Never went back.

Very wonderful stay. Staff and shuttle drivers were extremely friendly! Room was clean and comfortable. Was about 23 mins walking from the ferry to hotel but they provide shuttles. Treated us extremely well, making us want to come back again soon. The hospitality from this hotel was great. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here.
