Beware! Property is a Brindley Beach property, a company I will never deal with again due to their deceptive business practices. After booking & paying for the trip & trip insurance through Vrbo, Brindley contacted me directly requesting my payment. Confused, I checked my card and saw that 1 of the 2 Vrbo pending charges was gone; the other smaller one posted. The Brindley agent said that my card would not go through for some reason & I needed to pay them directly after signing the lease. She did not respond to my mention of strangeness that I had plenty of remaining credit & the trip insurance fee cleared. I signed the lease; paid the deposit including a dog fee that was not mentioned on the Vrbo site. After paying Brindley the final deposit, I realized I had not received any info about my trip insurance. After several phone calls with Vrbo & Brindley, I discovered Brindley cancelled my 1st deposit because they do NOT accept payments thru Vrbo, my trip insurance was also cancelled, AND that the posted Vrbo charge was Vrbo's booking fee! (A fee I could have avoided had I booked directly through Brindley.) I was also told that I should have purchased trip insurance through Brindley - I would have done so had I known mine thru Vrbo was actually cancelled - but it was too late now because I had already paid in full. Property especially kitchen was dirty, requiring several hrs of cleaning & poorly maintained - old sagging mattresses, strong dog urine odor, etc.
