Easy check In and received text inquiring about time I would be arriving.very small room but bright and had everything required I slept well ..My only complaint was the tiny travel electric kettle had such a short lead on it It had to be unplugged every time to pour the water and it was right beside the curtains and it was a stretch to even plug it inâŠa kettle that you lift out would be a much more safe option
Paulâs Burnside House bed and breakfast is a great place to stay right near the west coast of Scotland . Excellent host and the Scottish breakfast was a delight . Top marks
Advertising said there was a bar. Needs to be changed. Also no assistance with prepaid breakfast being refunded when unable to use. Bed was comfy. TV very small. Bathroom tiny. Stayed in better guesthouses.
Like everything except bathroom as it was outside. Some reason owner put us in the upstairs room which was a part of the loft conversation. Not very comfortable
Stayed there for the British Open a nice, friendly guest house. Bed was very comfortable, room and en-suite bathroom were clean and a good supply of tea and coffee in the room.
Sea view, modern, large and clean room. Big bathroom too. Good location with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Best cooked breakfast we had on our mini Scotland tour. Host is very knowledgeable and gives useful advice.
Beautiful hotel and a beautiful location. There is no elevator, so please keep this in mind if you're not in condition to carry your bags up potentially 3 flights of stairs. The location is excellent and conveniently located. We loved the walkability.
We had a nice stay. Itâs about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and itâs 3 stories high! Rooms arenât too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasnât too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. Great place for young and young at heart couples to stay
