Between Carcassonne and Minerve, the house is comfortably furnished for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Petanque court in the garden. 2 independant air conditioning splits, one in the large living room and the other in a bedroom.
On the ground floor, a spacious room with a living room part, a dining area and a large kitchen. 1 separate toilet.
On the 1st floor 1 queen size bedroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom for children, 1 nice and large bathroom with bath and separate shower. 1 separate toilet.
Pool (7 m/3 m) secured by a cover with a unique depth of 1,5 m.
Views on the garden. 1 pet allowed. Parking off road.
