This lovely studio sits on the Laguna at Bacalar. The beds are comfortable and the air-conditioning works well. It is tranquil and secure. There is nothing within walking distance, but there is a full size kitchen if you want to fix your own meals or the town is a five minute drive away.

The property is amazing and the laguna is beautiful!!! Very private and perfect for a family trip. I would absolutely visit again!

This cabana has great AC and that’s it. Your left alone on the property there is no one to answer questions and when I asked for an extra sheet and blanket there were none. The pillows are lumpy and flat. The mosquitos swarm you the minute you exit the car. There is only blinds on the front of the windows and not the back. There is no soap in the bathroom or light in the shower the kitchen is NOT fully functional the oven doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money here. There are other places cleaner and less money

Pros: acceso directo a la laguna. Tal y como muestra la foto. Tiene los columpios, los kayaks y el kiosko es la laguna. Tiene las dos camas y un amplio baño, además la cabaña en general es bastante amplia. Éramos 4 y tuvimos espacio para todo. Tiene varias cosas en la cocina para preparar alimentos y tiene amplio parking. En auto, queda a unos 10 minutos del pueblo y a unos 15 minutos de los rápidos. La host, Bella, siempre fue muy amable y hasta nos consiguió tour en lancha para visitar los spots emblemáticos de la Laguna. Fue una tremenda experiencia. La Cabaña Sofía me encantó y le encantó a mis hijos. Amaron los kayaks y nadar en la noche en la laguna. Esa agua dulce es fresca y rica. Cons- tiene poca iluminación en general, si quieres mucha claridad vas a tener q esperar a la luz del día. Huele a humedad pero es comprendible por la localización de la cabaña.

Slice of Paradise in Bacalar

Incredible place to stay in Bacalar the palapa dock was perfect and the water was incredible. Cute place great for a family with a full kitchen and fridge. A couple of kayaks are included and my kids loved taking them out on the water as well as swinging off the dock on the rope swing. Only complaints were that the AC unit is very small for the space and has trouble keeping up and that the pillows and beds weren't great quality or very comfortable.

It such a quiet and peaceful place. Is so magical with a wonderful view of the sunrise. Kakay was available on the premises so you can kakay peacefully and enjoy the view.

We had a great time at this place . Nice and clean house but the most important was the beautiful cabana on the lake . I definitely recommend this house. As soon as I booked the place they contacted me to discuss details of our arrival.

Linda pero sin internet ☹️

Queríamos pasar unos días de tranquilidad y diversión y la cabaña se presta para hacerlo, el mulle es privado y prácticamente tienes toda la propiedad para ti solito, el único detalle fue que desde que llegamos nos comentaron que no había internet pero que mandarían un técnico para que quedara más tarde, pero nunca llegó y estuvimos sin internet los 4 días, no pudimos trabajar como pretendíamos hacerlo. Otro detalle fue que se sentía mucho calor y prendimos el aire acondicionado para poder dormir y enfría al 100, pero sólo nos dejaron una cobertor matrimonial para una de las dos camas que tiene la cabaña, la chica que nos entregó las llaves quedó de llevar otra pero tampoco llegó, la cabaña está muy linda, segura, equipada y cómoda pero estos dos detalles mencionados nos arruinaron la estancia ya que al hacer la búsqueda en la app lo primero que busqué es que contara con conexión a internet ya que tendríamos tanto mi marido como yo sacar temas de trabajo y pues nunca lo resolvieron

Séjour agréable dans un bel environnement

Hébergement confortable et bien équipé. Vue partielle sur la lagune depuis la terrasse. Il vous faudra vous rendre sur le ponton à 80 m pour profiter de cette magnifique vue et vous détendre dans le hamac. Baignade et kayaks à disposition. Véhicule impératif pour vous rendre au centre-ville.

El lugar es hermoso, la vista, la única dificultad es llegar, la entrada es muy poco visible, la carretera muy obscura y no tiene anuncios del lugar. Esta un poco alejado del centro entonces no hay opciones de comida, pero puedes llevar algo sencillo para prepararlo

Cabaña tranquila y segura

Cabana cómoda a pasos de la laguna con su propio muelle privado. La cabana es como una gran habitación de hotel, un espacio abierto con dos camas queen y un sofá cama. El terreno es sencillo, rústico , tranquilo y seguro a 10 minutos en auto del centro de Bacalar donde se encuentran los restaurantes y barras. A la cabaña le hace falta persianas en varias ventanas para quedar completamente privado en la noche. El servicio de Crispin fue excelente, muy puntual y atento.
