Det var noget af en "oplevelse" at tjekke ind pÄ dette hotel! Pga messe i Hannover var priser pÄ vÊrelser i mange km omkreds skuret helt i vejret. Vores overnatning kostede 890,-. En pris LANGT over hvad man fik. Morgenmaden blev serveret pÄ et andet hotel 16 min. gÄtur fra hotellet. Dette var der ikke gjort opmÊrksom pÄ ved bestilling. Der stod blot en seddel pÄ disken i receptionen om morgenen!!! Receptionisten forstod ikke engelsk og knap nok tysk. Alt i alt en oplevelse som bliver taget men i historierne og de vÊrste og mest slidte hoteller vi har vÊret pÄ. Til hotellets forsvar skal det nÊvnes, at der var rent og pÊnt og okay senge. Stort fjernsyn pÄ vÊrelset.

FĂŒr das Geld kann man wohl keine AnsprĂŒche stellen. Ein Kontakt war erst möglich als wir vor dem Eingang standen, dort war eine Telefonnummer bei der auch jemand erreichbar war. Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen gab es keinen KĂŒhlschrank und auf dem Balkon befand sich ein Stuhl......

Ein wenig abgewohnt und trotzdem sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Weg zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck ins Park Hotel Berlin ist annehmbar, aber man sollte ein paar Minuten einplanen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Hotel Umgebung wird ordentlich gepflegt.

Wir waren nun das 3e mal dort und muss sagen hier und da tut sich allmĂ€lig endlich was...hier und da werden Möbel gegen neue ausgetauscht und es wird vereinzelt renoviert (neuer Fußboden) Laminat ausgetauscht!! Es ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber wir kommen gern da die Lage direkt am Park perfekt ist und genießen gerne die Balkone des Haus mit aussicht zum Park!!! Auch sonst hat in diesem Hotel immer alles reibungslos geklappt!! Wir hatten diesmal ein neues Bett ....nur leider war der Liegecomfort bescheiden....ich konnte nicht gut drin schlafen...ich denke die Matratze war einfach nicht besonders sie war auch sehr sehr dĂŒnn und die lattenroste zeichneten sich durch!!! Schade!! Aber sonst war es sauber und angenehm ...wir kommen wieder!!!

Positiv: die Lage man ist in wenigen Minuten ĂŒberall. Heidepark, Serengetipark etc. ParkplĂ€tze ausreichend vorhanden. Negativ: Leider nur Rezeption von 15 bis 18 Uhr. Ansonsten ist kein Personal zu sehen! Lediglich ein SchlĂŒsselsafe fĂŒr spĂ€tere Anreise. Sehr unflexibel, keine Möglichkeit vorher anzureisen da Zimmer immer erst ab 15 Uhr fertig sind. Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zum schlafen reicht es, mehr aber auch nicht. Check out muss man GlĂŒck haben das jemand die Rezeption aufgeschlossen hat, das man den SchlĂŒssel auf den Tresen legen kann. Sonst bleibt einem nur die Möglichkeit den SchlĂŒsseln in den Briefkasten zu werfen. FĂŒr 90 Euro die Nacht haben wir beispielsweise in Hamburg wesentlich besser geschlafen und wesentlich besseren Service erhalten!

All-in-all okay oplevelse

Hotellets indgang havde en meget markant lugt. Selve hotellet virkede fint og rent. Det var et ret lille bruser og selve vÊrelset var meget lille. Det er fint til overnatning men heller ikke mere end det. Der var en god temperatur og man kunne nemt have vinduet stÄende pÄ klem. Vi var tre mennesker, en dobbelt seng og en enkel seng. Dyner og puder var rene og guvl og bade vÊrelset var rent ogsÄ. Vi fandt ikke ud af om man kunne spise morgenmad pÄ stedet dog.
