The ALTE SEIFENSIEDEREI is a special place of peace and mindfulness in the heart of Bad Tölz, just a stone's throw from the historic old town. Newly opened in October 2023.

As a seminar house, it also offers space for seminars and events of various kinds. You can book into one of the regular yoga courses or meditation evenings at any time.



The house also has its own tea café, where you can enjoy selected teas and coffees from all over the world and dishes from our natural pantry in the immediate vicinity.



The apartment is simple, stylish and naturally designed, with a 180cm bed, kitchenette and private bathroom.



The room layout in a large, south-facing dormer window is particularly special. The wide window front offers a view over the roofs of the city to the foothills of the Alps and the Karwendel mountains.



The beds are made exclusively from natural materials (solid wood, organic natural latex mattress, organic hemp bed linen) - for a healthy and restful night's sleep.



The kitchenette has an induction stove, fridge, sink, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and crockery) and a small dining table.



The room is named after the Kashmiri poet and mystic Lal Ded (1330 to 1392).

Guest House 'Alte Seifensiederei - Lallaji' with Shared Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
