A 7-8-minute drive from the coastal highway into tropical jungle, Villa Ambiente's immaculate living area spans more than 7,000-square feet and includes a large villa, split-level pool deck in a five hectares estate of pristine forest. The grounds are optimal for hosting a range of social events, including family reunions, weddings, retreats and anniversaries. Events of this variety have been staged on the grounds multiple times!

Open the front door and your vacation dreams quickly become a reality.

A beautiful, natural-light garden and flowing water fountain greet visitors on arrival. There are four private bedrooms adjacent to the first-floor garden. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, bathroom, secure safety box and private patio.

Past the garden is a grand entertaining room complete with soft-to-the-touch sofas, love seats and tables. An immaculate wine bar is nestled on the right side of the room, the perfect place to unwind with a glass of chardonnay after a long day under the Central American sun.

About that sun: you'll have plenty of time to catch rays out at the 40-foot infinity pool, which is second to none in terms of location and looks. And don't even think about packing towels on this trip. We have you covered from the moment you arrive to the second you say 'adios!'

The pool is lined with layout chairs and tables with Umbrellas for shade, and outdoor shower, and a barbecue is always on standby to crank out some local fish.

On the west side of the pool deck, the side that's closest to the ocean, sits an outdoor tiki bar that easily seats a half-dozen guests. If you ever wanted to pretend you were Tom Cruise in 'Cocktail,' mixing drinks behind your back and tossing tequila in the air, this is the premier spot to work on your libation-making skills.

The kitchen, also located on the first floor adjacent to the wine bar, is completely up to date with stainless steel appliances, filtered water, a beer/wine cooler and dishwasher.

While most of the action takes place on the first floor, there are four additional bedrooms on the second floor. Each of these high ceiling rooms features a king bed, balcony, safe security box, air conditioning and bathroom.

Above all that, on the third floor, is a small lookout area good for gazing into the nearby jungle. Grab some binoculars and go up there because you never know; you might just see a family of white-faced monkeys or a couple of Parrots out there.
