We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in the process of replacing mattresses and furniture, which is a good thing because they are a bit worn out. The breakfast was very good and the staff, especially the man at the front desk, are very friendly and courteous. We highly recommend this hotel!

Check in was seemless. My bestie and I didn’t have a remodeled room but it was clean and comfortable. The daytime manager, Vivay or Vijay, (I forgot his name) was very personable and even showed us the newly remodeled room. It is modern and trendy! The color palette of blue and gray is quite complementary with new furnishings. We didn’t get to have the complimentary breakfast because we slept in. We will be back to stay again when out this way!

Service Animals not welcome here???

The rooms were fair. I have a service animal and the first thing i was hit with was the threat of a fine if a blacklite inspection determined the residual signs of urine in the room. When i entered the room the first thing that my dog did was set upon the tell-tell signs of other animals that had been present in the room. I requested that the blacklite inspection be done in my presence because my dog is house trained and i was not going to be fined for someone elses animal. My request was declined.

Great staff, poor remodel, too many issues

I want to start by saying the staff were friendly, professional, and made every effort to improve our stay. Unfortunately, we ended up canceling our reservation after one day. We were in town for a family need, and I had to work from the hotel during the days. When we first entered our room it looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned and the toilet was filthy. When I alerted the staff they informed me it was clean, however during a recent remodel their contractor had left grout splatter all over the toilet. I understood and thanked them for the explanation. This room was located next to the fitness center and two families brought their young children in to socialize. They weren’t using the fitness equipment, but were banging on the machines and talking. The walls were so thin we could hear every word of the conversation. I inquired if the guests could be alerted to the disruption and was told there was nothing they could do, so I asked to move rooms. Our new room, also newly remodeled, was equally poor. The lights were wired incorrectly and either all came on, or none did. The outlet next to the bed sparked when I plugged in my phone, and didn’t charge. More grout smeared around the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you poured more water in the bowl. The final straw was the inability to connect to internet which I needed for work. Their IT tried for 45 min with no success. It was all too much and we had to leave. Pros: location, breakfast, & comfy beds
