Ground floor: Living room 20 sqm and with lounge and TV. You have access to the 18 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 cot. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet 2 sqm and with WC.
1st floor: Living room 20 sqm and with lounge and TV. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
