My stay was not great

I reserved a room with a king size bed but when I got there it was not available. A piece of furniture was damaged in room. Couldn’t get anything from vending machine. Not a great experience

Worst experience ever!!

One of the worst days I ever been in the first room they gave us was full of cockroaches. The moment we open the door the second room was also filled with weird creatures that we kept finding everywhere even in the bed. It was not clean at all horrible experience. Staff wasn’t helpful at all.

The staff was friendly. The room seemed clean, but could use a better cleaning. I killed one small roach. There were stains in the tub, on walls, and towels and a couple of things were broken. No coffee in the room. The coffee in the reception area was not set up, So you could only get coffee from 7-9 am. Breakfast was adequate. OJ was real. Eggs were substitute. Waitress was friendly and kept things clean. Easy access. Felt safe in the area.

The staff were great, hot breakfast as opposed to continental breakfast in the morning, not quite close to the airport but they do have a shuttle. They also have plenty of parking and the surroundings felt safe. The gym is great! The hotel is clean but I gave the property 4 stars because it is a bit old. You can see the wear and tear a bit, however, very practical, affordable and utilitarian. A great place for a short stay.

I made a last minute reservation late at night because I was in town for the death of a good friend. I accidently made it for the following night, but the man at the desk changed it for me and got me checked in, in only a few minutes. He was very nice, and although their shuttle has limited hours, I was able to catch one to the airport the next morning

Not a great place to stay

This hotel had bugs and the floor we stayed on had a bad smell which was reported to staff but was not taken care of until the next day and we stayed two nights. Customer service was not good at all. One housekeeper helped

The rooms were older than pictured online. The bathroom had visible water damage. The wifi didn't work even on the hotel tv. The staff checking in wasn't that friendly even when i called to che k if my room was ready. Won't be going back there .

I slept with all my clothes in.

The room smelled of Chinese food, the curtain rod was hanging out of the wall, the elevator had sticky food juice from a trash bag drug through the hallway, the light flickered out of control like in a scary movie. The room was tidy but not really cleaned. The shuttle was not running when o got off the plane (picked that place because of the shuttle and reviews) I had to Lyft.
