I loved everything about this experience except the parking. It was expensive and inconvenient. Otherwise, everything was great.

Angel at the front desk was great and accommodating. The only issue I had is that the parking garage is not attached and you have to walk up the street. At night it doesn’t feel safe.

There was a huge hairball situated on shampoo in bathroom clearly indicating lack of good housekeeping. Though front desk immediately worked with housekeeping to clean the bathroom, I did not feel like the overall room was clean. I only stayed one night but would not visit this particular property location.

Our stay was definitely a 2.5/5. The property was clean, the room was nice, the amenities were good, and the staff was nice and friendly. However, the walls are extremely thin, the room next to us was very loud and disruptive during our stay. The beds were not that comfortable, and the pillows are HORRIBLE to sleep on. Overall, was not very satisfied and will not be staying here again.
