The best amenity was the shuttle service that is available to take you to and from the airport and to the train/transit center. I appreciate that we were given a late check out time. Overall the area was safe the hotel was clean and it was easy to access restaurants and malls.

This hotel is exactly what I needed for an overnight stay near fhe airport. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The free parking and free breakfast are a plus.

While the staff was friendly, and the room was clean, there were a few issues I had if I’m being honest. The curling in the shower needed help; there was rot and chipping and peeling paint. The windows from the room were so…not clean I could barely see out. And finally, the breakfast; plastic forks and knives and paper plates, Pre-processed eggs that were utterly tasteless and the lack of gluten free/celiac friendly items was disappointing. That said they were quick to transport me to and from the airport and the driver was very kind and friendly.

The hotel was nice staff were helpful. The room was nice with the exception of the bathroom floor was sticky like it hasn’t been mopped and there was mold on the bathroom cleaning. I was there for only a couple of hours to catch my flight so it did not bother me but that definitely needs to be taken care of.

On 6/1 TV was on dark screen. I called for maintenance and they came to assist, but they couldn't figure out why the tv says no internet, so I couldn't access Netflix for kids. Lucky they had iPads. (Not important, but may need to trouble shoot for next guess) -On 6/2 I requested for more towels and room to be cleaned in the morning. When I got back that evening nothing was done. I called to inquiry and was told to come down for towels. - On 6/3 I asked for the same service as my trash bins are now full. The lady at the front desk checked a log and said ok. I came back at 4pm nothing was done. I went to the front desk to inquiry and the receptionist called house keeping requesting for them to clean the room. I waited in the lobby with my kids and had dinner. Shortly after I saw the staff leaving, so I went to follow up with the front desk for completion. During that moment I believe the housekeeper manager was coming from the elevator, so the receptionist asked her and she said she knocked on the door and someone told her no service needed. I am not sure if she went to the wrong room, but she could have confirmed with the receptionist because she explained to her that I had requested this service the day before. So now I waited kids restless and still room not cleaned. The receptionist explained to her that's not the case, and the housekeeper manger raised her hand and went back in the elevator. I've stayed in this hotel many times, and the place seems to get moldier and moldier over the last few months. Perhaps the window AC units are pulling in the moldy air from the rotting gunk in the pool below. The last time I stayed, the room next door had their TV blasting at 4AM. I hardly slept at all. Money truly wasted on that stay! I should've gone somewhere else.

Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly. The beds were good. The complimentary breakfast was fairly ho-hum. This area is pretty far from any public transportation if you're traveling without a vehicle (as we were). There is a free shuttle that runs regularly to the Amtrak station and the airport, so you can plan your travel from either of those points, but it still takes a bit to get to those places. If you do have a vehicle, parking is straightforward and easy. There are a few fast-food restaurants nearby (not a bad walk--plenty of sidewalk--even if you're without a vehicle), but the hotel definitely feels far from any significant nightlife. (Which also means it's relatively quiet.)
