Bathroom was dirty vent was covered in an inch of dust. The coffee was absolutely horrible. Couldn’t even even even drink drink it. The Jets were broken in the hot pool. The keg didn’t have any specialty coffees. The machine was broken and the staff I told the staff about all my issues and they really couldn’t do nothing about it so pretty disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be going back to that hotel.

Overall had a great stay. I can't comment on breakfast or the restaurant, since my boyfriend and I didn't try it. We only had some drinks at the keg since we have one back home. Overall great cozy place. It is a nice walk but during fall and winter it gets very cold, not too much underground parking. It wasn't an issue for us since we stayed parked our whole trip and walked everywhere. But might be an issue for others. Hot pool was cozy and the sauna was great.

Everything was good as usual except commuters were down and hot tub was under construction. A young lady at the front desk was extremely good and fast at her job. Made checking in very quick and without computers. The check out was kind of a problem but she jumped right in while dealing with another customer had to tell a young employee that I had prepaid my stay on Expedia and not yo charge me again just like I had told him. Then she continued with her customer within seconds and not losing their attention. Awesome employee wished I had written her name down. Every hotel needs these kind people. Nothing against the young guy because I’m sure he didn’t know how it worked but he should now.

We had a pleasant stay overall but the rooms are showing their age. Our mattress needs to be replaced and no fan in the bathroom with a door that didn’t close, except a very dirty vent. And the property has no A/C. Okay for fall but can’t imagine in summertime. Bonuses were underground free parking, free bus passes everywhere around Banff and having The Keg on site. The food was exceptional. Overall a pleasant stay with wonderful staff and assistance but our senior backs and necks are suffering from the poor mattress and hard hard pillows

The property is pretty nice, it is probably one of the nicest lobby in Banff. It is walkable to banff ave about 12 mins. The property also provided bus pass throughout our stay which was nice in times you don’t want to walk - the bus ride was probably around 5 mins. The rooms were okay. The beds were a little too hard and old which was not comfortable to sleep in. The washroom was nice and had good hot showers. We were just a little disappointed that the hot tubs were not working at the time we checked in but the hotel provided alternatives in which we can use other hotels’ hot tub which was pretty nice as we were able to try other hot tubs around Banff. Overall, it was a great hotel to stay at!

The hot pool, spa and gym were all closed which is why I booked this hotel. No prior email notification was issued. And the front desk did not mention this at check in. Instead I was informed by a notice that was taped up in the elevator as I was taking my luggage to the room. At this point I feel I should be issued a refund as there were other hotels in Banff that I could have stayed at.

It was a good stay. There’s a keg restaurant right at the lobby. Hot pools were relaxing. Room was okay. Parking was good but I wouldn’t recommend trucks underground parking. Overall, it was a good stay. Affordable.

The room was nice, however some days we'd come back and it was half cleaned with towels left on the ground, and the beds not really made. There was garbage from the previous attendees and some food left in the fridge. Other than that, the location was great and the views were great!

The mountains will always be beautiful! The building itself is quite dated,hence why i choose a lodge for the experience however it could use a revamp of paint and better deep clean. The parking is quite congested we had a truck and it was difficult to finda spotsnd when we did and it was time to leave the truck was hit by someones door...i will try somewhere different next time. Also no complimentary breakfast or even a coffee station...$4.00 at the restaurant for a coffee so i suggest going to a cafe down the main street. .

The shower water was hot with great pressure. Bed was comfortable. You may want to book ahead of time for Spa treatments and if you need an RMT( price is the same for non RMT). Nice property and 10-15 minute walk to downtown Banff.

Balcony view to the mountains was superb! Hot pool was amazing after a long day of hiking and walking, unfortunately the jet button was broken so we didnt get to experience the full effects of the hot pool. We were given a 3 day bus pass free of charge for the area which we used all 3 days! Bus stops were very close to the lodge. Our room was cleaned and beds made each day while we were out sightseeing.
