We went for a family trip and had 3 rooms booked. I do recommend getting the “Wolf” rooms as they’ve been upgraded. Staff were very friendly and helpful, kids loved the pool and parking is so easy. We liked the location, just outside town but super convenient going into Banff or to the highway to go exploring. We had the best time!

Location is far outside village centre but transport provided by hotel van (forget uber it’s not available and for some reason public bus doesn’t stop at this property, very odd). We had cute loft apartment with full kitchen and it had the basics. Was clean had wood burning fireplace, forest outlook very quiet and beautiful. IGA in town for food Super cute village it’s like a post card

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at hotel 10 min before check in time. I heard the front desk staff decide that we could have a room that someone else didn’t want, which should have been my first red flag. The condo room smelt like old smoke being covered up by potent cleaning detergent. The couch was extremely uncomfortable (we ended up using the pull out to lounge on). The kitchen faucet had soap scum caked on. The bathtub sealant had black spots on it. The bathroom wall had multiple drill marks/ unused screws in it. The baseboard heater was dirty and appeared broken with metal pieces protruding out. We attempted to call the front desk but the directions on the phone were either incorrect or the phone wasn’t working. We had higher expectations for this resort but were very disappointed.
