We didn't get mountain view although we were told we would (we saw a little bit of corner of a mountain if we stand all the way at end of our patio) This was very disappointing because we were looking forward to having full mountain view.

Room and facilities are great. Some feedback for front desk: I asked why everyone seemed to have robes but our room didn’t have any. She said there was a robe shortage. It would have been nice if I she offered to get us some but did not. Not a big deal. Staff were great too

Room and views were so lovely. Loved the touch of the pour over coffee or tea at check in. Hot pools and sauna were great in the day or night time. Amazing brunch at Good Folk. Roam bus pass was very easy and convenient to use although downtown was only a 15 minute walk. Will be back!

Fantastic property. Gorgeous design, amazing staff. In particular the bar staff were great. The hot tubs are amazing with an epic view of the mountains. Bit of a walk into downtown Banff (15/20 mins), but they give you a free Roam bus pass for the duration of your stay so you can get downtown easily. The bus stop is right opposite the hotel.

Mountain view with huge obstructions. Poor sound proofing room, could hear hallway traffic, no bottled water in room . Furnace loud right beside bed wakes you up . Poor room lay out, TV not facing bed area. This is not a superior room at all , poor value for the money Ver

When checking in Staff were very rude and not helpful. I wasn’t told about the transit pass included in the stay nor was parking explained. Coffee was only supplied on a daily basis so I had to keep coming to the front desk for more.
