The room was very clean and staffs were very friendly. The most impressive part was the tv was smart tv which it’s very hard to find in Banff when you stay. The bed was very comfortable and underground parking was very well maintained. There is IGA grocery store right beside of the hotel so very convenient.

The staff were great, the room was clean and well appointed. The hotel is situated right in downtown Banff, with easy access to transit. The hotel even provided transit passes, which we used to go up to the Gondola. Of course, given the location, you pay a premium, but it is in keeping with other hotels in the area.

Front desk staff were very accommodating and attended to our needs in a very quick fashion. Rooms were clean but minor issue with the coffee machine (which was addressed quickly). Onsite restaurant is very good. Blackout curtains would be better than the roller shades they use.
