The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, they assisted us with oversized parking and then helped me get our luggage to our room. The room was a little small but cozy and clean. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

The lobby is beautiful, and the restaurant on the main floor is also stunning. When you step into the elevators, that’s when things start to go downhill. You can tell the property stopped the renovations on floor 1. The rooms are fine, carpets need to be replaced. Housekeeping staff don’t really freshen up the rooms. Front desk staff was great. Hot tub also needs a renovation. Will probably never go back. It’s a shame really, it has potential and is in a great location.
