The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked but the rooms are dated and not very clean. The carpets and floors were dirty. The entrance to the cabin was dirty.

unfortunately the room had cleanliness concerns. foreign substances splattered on the room of the upstairs bathroom, dirt and tree debris tracked throughout the condo (upon check in), and splatters / markings inside on the main roof of the condo. didn’t meet the baseline cleanliness i’d expect, especially given the premium rate we paid to stay here. the positives: the staff were pleasant upon check in, and the location was beautiful.

Great place with a few minor issues

Great place to stay with a large family. Reasonable price and well laid out and functional cabins. They were clean and well maintained with friendly staff. Parking was difficult with a larger vehicle, but doable. Wi-fi was slow at certain times. There were only 2 sets of washers and dryers (one of which was out of order). Overall a great stay with a few minor issues.

Great service. Quick and easy check-in and out. Plenty of towels, has kitchen qirh complete appliance and evwrything you need to cook and wash dishes. No water bottle though. Parking can be a little tough and navigating through the parking lot goven the space when cars are parked on opposite side, especially if you’re driving a truck it could get a little tight. Overall stay was great! I got a free wine from being a VIP expedia member which I didn’t know about.

A 20 minute walk to downtown Banff, coming back up a hill. Also bus stop right outside the property makes it easy to get to downtown. Hotel provides you a bus pass for the duration of your stay

Beautiful location in the middle of a forest. Our cabin had everything we needed and the wood fireplace added an extra charm. It was wonderful to being able to see wildlife from the comfort of our balcony! The cabins are surrounded by multiple trails that are great for any age and walking abilities. Swimming pool with the mountain view was surely a highlight of our evening.

I enjoyed my stay at Tunnel Mountain Resort. The location is peaceful, though a bit farther from Banff centre. The suites are older, but very well maintained and comfortable. I was disappointed they didn’t include a bottle of wine for Silver members through Hotels.com, but overall it was a quiet, excellent value—and I’d stay again.
