We stayed here for 3 nights and we thought check in went reallu smoothly, the concierge was really friendly and helpful when we needed information about local attractions. The hotel was in a great location, connecting to a popular mall, which we also visited a few times. We booked some treatments in the spa and i can say that the service, and treatments were amongst some of the best we've had. The rooms had all of the amenities, with extra soft towels. The shower was super powerful. I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was amazing at this hotel. It was very clean. My stay was very pleasant here and I would definitely recommend it. However, I felt like it was not convenient to some locations as a tourist and the food options nearby were limited and the in room dining was quite expensive

Fine and comfortable but dull

This is a fine enough hotel, very standard for its type. Rooms are comfortable but dull and could use an upgrade. I did like there's a seat in the shower which supports women shaving. A minor detail that matters. Just like the ability to plug in a flattening or curling iron in the bathroom. Otherwise plugs in the rooms are sparse and it's obvious the hotel was designed prior to the use of a lot of electronics that need charging.

The hotel stay was amazing! The staff was very friendly, attentive and provided great service at all times. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, options for all dietary restrictions! This is a nice hotel overall, especially considering the price point and location. It's conveniently situated close to the Skytrain and a major mall, which makes getting around and shopping easy. While it is located outside the city center, keep in mind that it took us around 35–45 minutes to reach most of the main sightseeing spots. One of the highlights was the food and drinks—every restaurant on-site served delicious meals with great variety and quality. It was a pleasant surprise and definitely added to our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt clean and safe. However, it's worth noting that the property is quite dated. Much of the décor, furniture, and overall design appear to be from the late 80s or early 90s. A modern update would elevate the experience and make the hotel feel more current. That said, this hotel remains a solid choice if you're looking for a reasonably priced stay with good food, helpful staff, and easy transit access, even if it’s a bit outside the city.
