I used to stay in this hotel more than a decade when holiday in Bkk. This yr i'm totally upset n unhappy w my stay here.
Customer service and integrity has dropped tremendously. Counter staff did not pick up phone calls in middle of the night. Have to call 3 times w long wait. When asked to speak to duty manager, i was informed to self call when manager reports work at 9am!! Counter staff should be retrained in hotel hospitality.Security not tightened. Hotel used to have duty security to assure only registered guests stays overnight. On 17 Aug, i was woke up by noise pollution from 3 plus am where china nationals dia opp invited outside friends into room drinking n speaking loudly till 5 plus am. ( i personally witnessed room guest left 5 plus am from my room peeping hole ) Affected my peaceful sleep. Doubtful cleaniness: Witnessed cleaning staff threw bath towels on the floor n act as floor mat in one of the opened rooms when performing room services.Noise polluted corridors by working staff: There is no initiatives from hotel staff that guests are resting in their room. Staff raised voices anytime they like at their own freedoom along staircase area n along corridor outside guests room. They were like villa shouting over from one mountain to another. Irresponsible attitude : Emailed hotel to follow up noise pollution in above mentioned issues to improve on 17 Aug am during my stay n expecting reply b4 i left 19 Aug, there is no response, even when i checked out at counter.
