My go to hotel. Being upgrade in June and July 2025 but it was not too bad. If. Purse out of the room during the day. Almost private pool with grass area and tucked away private corners. Good room service and nearby eateries like breakfast club and no idea and great northeast Indian cuisine on Soi 18. Go for the one bedroom great value.

4 nights family stay.

Sleep was good. No noisy music or other sources at night which we encountered from other hotels previously. Spacious, everything works. Shower is clean and good. Breakfast is not bad. Would come back again. Property shows its age but as mentioned above - comfortable, sleep well, everything works.

Very old property which wasn't what I was expecting from the photos of my booking but it was possible the newer building we were expecting to be in was damaged by the eartquake. When we first arrived we were taken to a room that certainly was not what we paid for but when I questioned it, we were immediately moved to a larger room.

Finally there is a big renovation happening which it needs - but the value is pretty good regardless. rooms are older style but big and the beds are comfortable.

Did not live upto the reviews I found online. Apartments are aging, carpets are old and dirty. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Reception staff weren’t attentive or helpful with requests for laundry or other services.

Disappointed

Book a 1 bedroom king suite however was given just a king room with no explaination. When asked at reception they mentioned the room was under maintenance. Id have expected a heads up or atleast complimentary night or breakfast or something. Hotel didnt seem bothered. Sad as i love this hotel and i have stayed here before. Hotel lobby also had renovation underway which made it noisy and inconvenient

Great hotel, it is a little dated but it has mega space for 2 adults and 2 children. Service was amazing and had everything you need. I would definitely recommend and go back.

The hallways and my room had cracks along the walls and my room seemed much smaller than depicted on the website. Aside from my room there didn’t seem to be any airflow in the halls and elevator as it was extremely stuffy. There was no iron or ironing board in my Grand suite despite the website saying it was included.

The location for The Rembrandt is excellent; an easily walkable midway between “Terminal 21” and “EmSphere” shopping malls. The staff really make the hotel great, from Din’s (a bellboy) smile as you enter or leave, the guy’s manning the omelette station at breakfast, to the extraordinarily helpful check-in staff. My room was kept clean by housekeeping, and I really can’t say enough about how pleasant the entire staff was during my 2 1/2 week stay. The negatives are that the building could use some modernization in areas (though upgrades are underway), and the beds are quite firm (which is a preference thing).

Nice, big one bedroom apt. Has an 80’s vibe. Like being back in the good good days. All of the staff are great. Front desk ladies are very professional, and they’ve got a couple of very helpful, friendly doormen. Easy access to both Soi 20 and 18. I like this place.
