Nice size room, comfortable bed and the staff are super friendly. Just 10 mins from the airport, though transfers go only once an hour, so if you just miss one you’re waiting a while for the next. The food was good, didn’t get to try any of the facilities.

I was delayed to the hotel because of Typhoon Ragasa. The hotel moved my checkout date and cheated me out of a night. Expedia was useless in handling the situation. All I asked for was a credit for the night I wasn't able to be there. That was too much to ask. I won't use a third party to book again. I will stay somewhere else on my next visit.

Clean room, good size, convenient location 10 minutes from the airport, friendly staffs at night. Someone helped with unloading luggages. We tipped him a bit. In the morning noone helped with heavy luggages. A male staff stood at the counter chatting with another female staffs not noticing my old dad dragging a big luggage down the slope all by himself with his crooked legs. Not offering any helping hands. Very disappointed with their morning service. Breakfast not included for the price like that in Thailand, it should be included. Simple dishes 400 bath. Over priced.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, shuttle to airport was quick. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool. Overall it’s a decent hotel but I wouldn’t stay there again due to the atmosphere in the hotel room which is a bit sterile, it may suit others but it was very big and open and cold. Tile floors with big fluorescent lights only, no bedside lamps/reading lights. I prefer a cozier space.
