First off, i only needed room for a 6 hr sleep before going to airport at 4:30 a.m. The room was very clean, up to date with furnishings, bed and pillows comfortable. My problem was with guests allowing their children to run the halls screaming, slamming their room doors, and barking dog at every noise. Outside was sketchy. Their were 2 vehicles that had people in them overnight. Lighting in the parking lot wasn't great when i loaded my gear at 4:30 a.m. to leave. Left before breakfast available so i can't review. Smell of THC was horrible outside.

This was a basic one-night on the way home stay. Clean sheets and towels, hot water, cool A/C, and firm and comfortable bed and pillows. It was all we needed before heading home from our stay in Maine. The breakfast was quite basic but it was enough to get us going. The hostess was very kind and helpful when I needed some guidance and help with more hot water for my tea. Thank you. Perhaps add more fresh fruit and variety of muffins on the menu. We would recommend this hotel if you need to spend a night on your way to or from your extended travel through this beautiful state.

Ceiling leak at 2am. Very poor customer service

Breakfast bar lady was wonderful. Extremely disappointed with the customer service when on the last night our room had a leak at 2am in the morning. It was from the room above. Staff were not helpful. We lost a nights sleep and not so much as an apology.

Predictable continental breakfast. One-two bars wifi connection. Overflowing outside trash bin for over two days and inside trash bin would overflow every night and it would be overflown until next morning. Bags of trash left on the side of trash bin due to lack of space in them. Toilet paper holder in my room was broken. Could not hold a roll of toilet paper. Walls of the shower area had 2 long hairs stuck on the wall. They did not clean it before we checked in. Two people here. One bald and one with buzzed cut short hair. I have pics to prove. Dogs in the other rooms would bark from time to time.

The breakfast was good the floors in the room were so dirty that my feet stuck to it. I changed rooms and it did it the same. I end up wiping the floor clean with one of their white towels and it was black I was finished.

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was great, different options was good. Our room was very clean other then the smudges on the mirrors. Mirrors are the devil to clean so it wasn't a huge concern.

Proprietor has done a good job updating the carpet in the hallways, painting the rooms and putting laminate flooring in the rooms. Rooms and bedding were clean - hallway and common areas not as much. Exterior and parking lot are rough, but interior is quite nice For the price - a great value!

Despite advertising itself as a smoke free facility, the hotel smelled very strongly of smoke. The interior of the hotel was very run-down and worn, though the condition of the room was decent enough. However, the bedding was clean, but had clearly not been replaced in a very long time. The air conditioner kept making clicking noises all night but worked well enough. It was okay for a single night, but so wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
