Wonderful property

Amazing property, close to the airport but did’nt feel like an airport hotel. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Cookies and snacks at check in and a fabulous breakfast. Will definately be back when in the area.

I only stayed for one night. I had a nice big room with a desk to do some work. The hotel has a small store with some food, but no bar or restaurant. The room has a coffee maker. The hotel is offering a basic breakfast. The surroundings are quiet, no restaurants close by.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. However, we could not sleep due to the upstairs having an extremely thin ceiling. We could hear every footstep. I asked to be move but the front desk said they were sold out. I am sorry to say but next time in Orono, we will not be staying at the hotel.

At first glance, it looks grand from the reception, but the room had a typical smell of an old-age building; it was clean, but there was one small section cut opened on the wall close to head rest area and as you can tell it can freak you out. The Idea of giving Soup,iced tea and ice cream for all the guests is good and unique but it comes with the cost they already take it out from your pocket on the name of property tax or something. still i honor the idea but what if the person if allegic to something you guys have made of or if a person is vegetarian and you made chicken soup, think on it. there are no activites or pool that you can use or say you can enjoy there, it was more of lodges or motel kind of vibe. Breakfast- on the name of that they are offering to go breakfast, nothing hot served, or the regular continental breakfast that even Super 8 motel offers. It felt like a mistake made by us booking this place and a relief that we booked it for one night only.

Accommodating, friendly staff. Definitely has the Maine vibe! Daily self-serve soup, ice tea or lemonade, coffe/tea and ice cream available in the lobby area! Extensive self-serve breakfast options included. Very comfortable rooms with microwave and fridge WITH freezer! Tons of safe parking. Small yet sufficient and updated workout room. And super dog friendly!!

Recommend - comfy beds!

Exceptional customer service! We stayed in the jet tub suite and the room was very spacious with a super comfy bed! The living room and bedroom area was divided with folding doors which was nice. Each room had their own tv. The living room area had a futon and 2 comfy rockers. I'm not sure how well the room was cleaned though. There were gold fish crackers on the floor in the living room as well as straw and wrapper on the jet tub area. The bedding was clean and the tub was clean. The breakfast had gluten free bread - thank you! The breakfast also had breakfast sandwiches, omelets, oatmeal, waffle maker, yogurts, muffins, and bagels. When we arrived there was hot chili and lemonade in the lobby! There was also ice cream treats available whenever you wanted one. Also chocolate covered pretzel sticks! This was a very nice touch and much appreciated! I would definitely recommend staying here. You are only 2 exits from the Bangor shopping area and it was very quiet.
