Sketchy!

I stayed here twice. The first night was adequate and comfortable for the price. When I returned, I stayed at the same place because of that experience and experience something much less than I had anticipated. Let’s just say it was one of those things where you woke up the next morning and walked out of your room and thought, “Good God did I sleep here?” a woman sat on the porchin front of my room and smoked constantly while talking on her phone and that went on most of the night. Some of the residents that I saw on my first day were still there and I realize they may be living there. It was great for the price and you may look out try to stay in the main building and not too far away down either side.

The staff at check in were friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle to the concert site and the price is low…. That’s where it ends. The building smells of old smoke and mould as soon as you walk in. The floors were dirty in the halls. The room was old! An actual Key to enter the room through a door handle, that is on a regular interior door. Does not feel very secure in a place that already does not feel secure. Main complaint is the smell of the place!

All things considered Not good..

The air condition made a truly exceptionaly loud noise. Not only the fan made noise, when the compressor came on it was so loud and vibrated terribly that it was impossible to sleep. The jet tub control panel was worn and unreadable. The jet tub was also extremely loud and it made the lights around it dim and flicker when it was turned on. And finally the mattress was so terrible that I could not sleep well at all.

The property was older but very clean. The rooms are unique and roomy. One of the friendliness staff we've ever had. Stayed because we were seeing a concert in town but was pleasantly surprises by the free shuttle to and from the venue
