Located close to the Watauga River, this home is situated perfectly, only a 15 minute drive to Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The trash dump is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 7am-5pm. please keep this in mind. any trash left over will result in a $75 clean up fee
Please strip the sheets and leave them on the floor of the room that they were in. Please place used towels in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
