The living and kitchen areas embrace a minimalist design, paired with premium materials and a layout that promotes ease and relaxation. Located in a prime area just steps from Diagonal Avenue, this apartment is perfect for guests seeking a peaceful yet central base with easy access to all that Barcelona has to offer.
The apartment is close to many good restaurants and bars, the streets can be noisy at night

IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- 1-month stay: 50% of the month
- Stay 2 to 4 months: 1 month
- 5+ months of stay: 2 months
The utilities (water, electricity, gas, Internet) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental price. To cover these utilities a deposit of 300eur/month is payable by the tenant.
Note: A rental contract is mandatory to be signed before the check-in.
Damage deposit and utilities for first month to be paid before arrival.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
