For stays longer & equal to 31 nights, a one-month security deposit is required. For longer stays, a two-month deposit is necessary.

This lovely apartment with private balcony in Sant Gervasi for monthly rentals has approximately 65 m² and is located in a building with elevator. The clean, modern design of this apartment and its appliances makes it comfortable for any visitor. The glass sliding door and windows overlooking the balcony allow sunlight in, making the apartment a bright and airy space. It is also very close to Avenida Diagonal and has excellent connections with public transport.

This lovely apartment with private balcony in Sant Gervasi for monthly rentals can accommodate up to 2 people in 1 bedroom with a double bed. The apartment has 1 bathroom. The living room has a sofa, TV and direct access to the sunny balcony perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob, allowing visitors to prepare meals and enjoy them in the comfort of the apartment. The apartment also has an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

The neighborhood of Sant Gervasi is mainly residential and very well connected to the rest of the city. The apartment is close to both bus stops and metro stops, and allows visitors to easily explore Barcelona. It is also very close to the traditional neighborhood of Gracia, as well as the Eixample. In this area you will find a wide selection of stores, cafes, bars and restaurants.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
