Great base to see Barcelona

Property was spotlessly clean and tidy, beds very comfy, enough space for a family of 5 as a base to see the city. In a residential neighborhood with some bars, cafes and supermarket close by. Easy walk to the metro. Only point to note, bring earplugs if you don't like noise, walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbours on all sides, even when they are just chatting. Would recommend this apartment stil.

Gute Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke groß genug und genau das was wir brauchten. Sie war sauber und sah soweit aus wie auf den Bildern. Dem ganzen Appartment hätte aber etwas mehr Zuwendung gegeben werden können: die Türen der Zimmer ließen sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen, alle Bilder hingen schief, die Fußleisten und Türrahmen waren schon gut abgewetzt, der Glastisch hatte einen großen Abplatzer und der Boden an verschiedenen Stellen dunkle Flecken. Die Abwicklung hat soweit funktioniert und als ich den Kontakt in Barcelona hatte war die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Der Online-Checkin Prozess ist sehr aufwendig, da finde ich eine persönliche Begrüßung immer noch schöner. Alles in allem war es in Ordnung und für uns ausreichend.

Plusieurs bris et voisinage extrêmement bruyant

Plusieurs des équipements prévus étaient defectueux malgré une certaine proactivité du propriétaire pour ameliorer la situation. Cependant, le plus gros problème est associé à un voisinage tres bruyant... Partys, cris et bruits abusifs jusqu'â 2 à 4 heures du matin et ce pratiquement tous les soirs. Cet appartement ne devrait pas etre loué a des voyageurs qui recherchent un minimum de tranquillité mais devrait donc cibler une clientèle de jeunes recherchant la night life et peu regardant sur le bruit abusif jusqu'aux petites heures du matin. Nous n'avons que peu dormi lors de ce séjour.

Ruhige Lage in Eixample

Deutlicher Hinweis auf online-Check-in und erforderliche App wäre bereits in der Objektbeschreibung wünschenswert. Das ist sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache. Aber gute Lage in verkehrsberuhigter Lage im Gebäude mit vielen Ferienwohnungen (wann für die verbliebenen Bewohner sehr belastend sein muss). Ausstattung ist ansonsten gut.
