Serras was such a pleasure to visit and use as our base to navigate stunning Barcelona. The hotel is new/fresh and nicely designed and appointed (very nicely appointed!) but the standout is/was the staff…. Serras Barcelona is a WONDERFUL hotel. The lobby and rooms were beautifully appointed. Every night we came home to a small delicious treat from the kitchen. The room was quiet and very well equipped with all the amenities you would expect— even a steamer and flat iron for your hair. The best part was the TERRIFIC staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including making reservations at local restaurants and attractions. This will definitely be our home away from home in Barcelona. Thank you to Joao, Augustina and all Serras team!

A boutique hotel in a great location near the Port and Gothic Quarter. Well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast. Staff is terrific and practically fawn over you. Priced competitively, an excellent value. We have stayed in dozens of hotels, and this is in our top five.

Perfect!

Exceptional service, great location = highly recommended!! Top notch service from all the staff. Front desk, lobby, room staff, and upstairs bar all raised the bar for excellent service. Rooms were thoughtfully supplied with yoga mats, little extras, and the best showerhead ever! The location is along the waterfront and the Gothic Quarter and it is easy to be anywhere else given the nearby Metro stations. We found this location to be in the middle of things, but also a peaceful place to return when we wanted rest. (Amazing soundproofing with the windows!) Thank you Hotel Serras for making our last few days in Spain so memorable.
