There was no instruction provided for entering the building prior to arrival. We thought it was a hotel with reception but it was a room in residential building. By coincidence we met another family struggling to enter the building, who had some instructions. After 10pm the host did not respond to WhatsApp. Together with the family we figured it out and managed to enter otherwise we might have all ended up sleeping in the street. Website also said bathroom is included but the bathroom was shared. This is misleading. We would have never chosen this accommodation.
