Beautiful stay

The Time & Tide stay we had was beautiful. The home was lovely, clean with great views of the salt marsh. The place had great accommodations. We will be staying again.

The accommodations were comfortable, cozy and had all the amenities we needed to cook a few meals when we weren't going out to the nearby restaurants you could walk to! It was also walking distance to a resident only beach which had a perfect tidal area for our kids to look for minnows, horseshoe craps and skipping rocks. We will definitely return next summer!

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at Time & Tide, watching the tides over the marsh in the rocking chairs while the sun sets and moving to the firepit and overall just enjoying the charm and comfort of this cottage. They have thought of everything, it is extremely well appointed and very cozy, we would rent again and plan too! Its also a quick walk/bike ride to Matakeese Wharf and the beach as well as the Barnstable downtown, super convenient to whereever you might want to go - including Hyannis with all it has to offer. You will not be disappointed!

You can easily walk to the beach or to Barnstable Village for a morning coffee/breakfast at Nirvana, lovely dinner at the Dolphin or Osterville Fish too and even buy groceries at the local Barnstable market. It literally has everything you need, within a 10 minute walk. The owners give you everything you need to make the perfect stay - amazing outside area with grill and fire pit, beach pass, chairs - even supplies for your pet! If you love nature, Audubon Long Pasture is very close as well as the Cape Cod Community College bike trails.We were fortunate to have stayed here twice and made many happy family memories at this lovely cottage.Adam at Robert Paul Vacations is so friendly and beyond helpful to work with. I highly recommend this property and will definitely rent again in the future.

The tidal marsh was fascinating to watch all hours of the day, colors of the grasses changing and bending with the rise and fall of the sun and wind. The serenity of the setting was enhanced by a number of different shire birds going about their business according to the time of day. The back yard with a tall privacy fence along the road, had several beautifully appointed seating areas including a wonderful swing, a large outdoor dining table, four delightful rocking chairs and another lower deck sitting area. The interior of the cottage is straight out of coastal living with beautiful touches of Nantucket all around. The furniture was all very comfortable and nicely arranged to accommodate everyone’s taste. The bedrooms were so cozy and comfortable as well with adjustable beds. The kitchen was very nicely appointed as well and it was a joy to prepare a few meals. The cottage is in a perfect location for a walk to the beach or the marina with 2 options for dining there or go in the other direction and walk to town. Adam was a wonderful host and we lacked for nothing. It was a perfect vacation

Girls getaway

We had such a lovely time in this cute, quiet place! It was a perfect location for me and my gal friends to go to other nearby towns and beaches and offered everything we could have needed for our stay. Adam was very quick to respond to all of our needs. I definitely recommend staying here if you want great views and outdoor space, on a quiet street, walking distance to the beach.

Couldn’t have asked for more!!

My family and I had such a relaxing and fun time at this house. The house is exactly as dis river/pictured and much more! My son (almost 2), loved going up and down the spiral staircase; at least half a dozen times per day (aah!). My husband loved the fact that the marina was so close by; he and my son would take a stroll there everyday to check out the boats, and throw shells into the water <3 I personally loved sitting on the sofa looking out the sliding doors and watch as the sky changed colors during sunset everyday.

Luxurious, Idyllic cape Cod stay

This is a top notch rental. The appliances were high end, decor was high end. We loved all the details- thick curtains to keep out the sun, current decor, lawn chairs, fire pit.
