A fantastic, accessible retreat in North Devon -highly recommended.
Orchard View Cottage is an excellent accessible place to stay. The level access, spacious ground floor layout, and well-designed accessible bathroom made everything easy and stress free. The wet room had fitted grab rails, non slip flooring, and shower chair â with lots of space.
The cottage is cosy, spotless, and set in a peaceful spot. We stayed in December when the weather was very wet and windy but the cottage was a snug haven.
Our favourite visits included the âGlowâ at RHS Rosemoor; Quince Honey Farm, a fantastic Christmas display at Arlington Court, Dartington Glass - we spent too much there :-) and multiple visits to the Barnstaple Pannier Market. So much to do, even in the middle of Winter.
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
The Orchard property was absolutely beautiful and very well presented. We spent a delightful Christmas week there and the facilities were more than adequate for me to cook a full Christmas dinner. We arrived to find a Christmas tree, decorations and a lovely hamper. The Orchard is perfectly located for exploring the north Devon Coast. Sue and Tom (the owners) were lovely and most welcoming. We will definitely be returning 5*
