Rooms are reasonably nice, shower was all glass facing the bed with no curtain or cover, so if you're with someone, enjoy watching them shower from anywhere in the room. Don't recommend sharing with anyone you're not romantically involved with... Big complaint is getting charged $11 USD for a bottle of water... they have a sign saying if you refuse house cleaning you get a free bottle of water day. They didn't clean me room more than once in 6 days, never got more water, and still got charged. It's an insane amount of money for just a bottle of water. I wish hotels would just charge the amount of money they want to get rather than sneak charges on you that are way outside of reasonable. Would be me off other NH properties as well.

First off, the room we initially got smelled musty. We stayed in it for 1 night and asked to be changed, which they did. They gave us the same room 2 doors down. The bed is terrible, very hard and uncomfortable. No chances of any good sleep. Who ever designed the bathroom didn’t functionally think about it. Shower is half open. Bathroom has no door. So it’s cold when your showering and when your done the entire room is filled with humidity. I have to give it up to who ever took pictures of the hotel though. The pool is not as depicted. It is not an infinity pool. Probably fits 5-6 people at best. Very small. Gym is terrible. Has 1 bike and 1 everything weight machine. The bar in the hotel is always empty, as is the restaurant. I chose to stay here because my bf told me he’s stayed in other NH before, in Amsterdam. But honestly I wish I would have not stayed in this hotel. The location is whatever, the hotel deserves a 1 star at best. I honestly cannot believe it is rated as high as it is.

One of the best deals in Barranquila... I stayed in the junior suite ... The room was comfortable and spacious. The TV worked fine..... Good shower with good pressure and hot water... I barely heard the street noise outside , the soundproofing was okay. The breakfast was okay... The staff was friendly and helpful... Great deal for the money... My only complaint would be the lighting was confusing with many different switches throughout the room ...not so easy to figure out... The bathroom could use a little bit more lighting... And the gym should have a scale... People want to see how much weight they lost...

The room was great. Everything was great about the room and the hotel. Except the fact that the shower didn’t have any privacy and it was right next to the bedroom. So if you’re in a room with friends or family, they would have to leave the room so you can shower.
