I arrived late night, and there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for a while, I was given a room which smells musty, I also could hear talking from neighbor room because there is an inside door between the 2 rooms. Then I went to front desk to ask for switching to another room. But the person at front desk left already, no matter how I ring the bell or called the front desk phone number, no one showed up. After waiting for about 15 minutes at the front desk, finally the front desk person returned. So I waited about 30 minutes for checking in and switching room.
In the morning when I was trying to use the hair dryer, the hair dryer looks very dirty and then I found a crawling bug on the bathroom countertop, it was disgusting. Also water drained slowly in the bathroom sink, so water was filing up in the sink. The inside part of the plastic shower curtain has two rings not hooked.
There is a big gap between the door and door frame, so you can see the light from the hallway and could hear noise from outside. The door has a very tight spring hinge, so I waked up by loudly door closing sound from other rooms in the early morning.
Broken carpet and damages on the wall paper.
The condition of this hotel can’t match the brand name of Marriott!
